In order to test the signal strength and transmission speed of XJS technology's new product TDD-4865-33 in long-distance actual use, and test the practicability of this 33dBi MIMO dish antenna, Patrick Tan, the CEO of XJS technology company, and the R&D team of XJS technology , conducted an antenna far-field test at the Jinguding Radio and Television Microwave Station in Guangdong Province.
For this test, the R&D team of XJS Technology was divided into 2 groups. A team set up a 33dBi MIMO parabolic antenna at the signal transmission point, the village committee of Aiqun Village, Jinli Town, Zhaoqing City, to manage and monitor the situation at the signal transmission point. Another team set up a signal receiving antenna at Jinguding to check the signal strength and transmission speed.
The straight-line distance between the signal transmitting point and the receiving point is 12km, as shown in the map.
There is no obvious dense buildings and wireless signal interference between the two locations.
This test uses Rocket M5 of UBNT as the test equipment, and the test frequency band is 5795-5835MHz.
The test result is shown in the figure below,
It can be seen that, although the 33dBi MIMO dish antenna of XJS Technology is small in size, the signal transmission of the antenna is relatively good at a transmission distance of 12km. XJS's 33dBi MIMO parabolic antenna, while reducing the size of the antenna and improving the convenience of antenna transportation, still maintains good performance, superior performance, and higher cost performance. In general, the practicability of this antenna has been verified.
XJS Technology will continue to develop more high-performance and cost-effective antenna products for customers and users.
